with the files we currently have in CVs and with templates we already have; Are we ready to have some automated method to update the documents.

I think it would be nice if we could get either a remot cron job to build HTML files to the docs.phpgroupware.org site. Or see if Seek3r can add the necessary utils to run this on the cvsdemo after the nightly checkouts.

There are a few things I periodicly think need to be added to the install document, and it would be nice to have this setup.

Also it wasn't touched in the SF.net migration. But we need to decide if we want document stores on the Savannah site or on the docs.phpgroupware.org site. Currently the CVS documentation and the similar docs on sourceforge are not the same. They may even be branched with newer info in each.

Brandon: As you copy content to the SGML files. (If you havn't finished these already). I want to make some sort of document to doc writers about where each part of each document is, so people can make diffs if they see a problem. or typos. Rather then just suggesting that they email one of the authors to make the change. The SGML per file basis should be small enough that this would be manageable.

..uh... ROCK ON..
