In fact with the previous config structure I was expecting that
short_options and long_options would be able to be dynamicly generated,
there was enough information to do it because only boolean parameters do
not need parameters.

For the usage a description field could have been added to the
structure.

Having a big structure having all necessary field to handle all
configuration stuff permit to easily maintain the code.
