I've done cofiguration file loading for pengfork.
First it look & load config file in /etc/pengfork/pengfork.cfg
(general/default config file) and load after $HOME/.pengfork.cfg (additionals
options or overrides)
not commit to cvs because i can't compile (and test it) :(
