[Partysip-dev] Dialing Plan, really need help please

Anybody using the dialing plan?

I want to route all the phone numbers to a gateway
machine...but process all the other sip calls
internally.  

However, whenever I make a call with the filter 
turned on the debug address@hidden 
our domain, process it here and the filter is
never invoked.

What am I doing wrong?
