Whats wrong with this command?

 

 cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/partysip co partysip
cvs [server aborted]: can't chdir(/home/empty): No such file or directory

 

Why I can not checkout code from CVS?

 

Any help is appreciated.
