[paragui-users] Using ParaGUI with VS.net 2002

Hi ! 

I'm trying to work with ParaGUI, but have some startup-problems. 

1. Can't compile 1.0.4, because physfs-project is corrupted. 

I tried VS6 as well and it didn't work.
I tried to create a new project, but don't have any idea about the options.

2. Can't compile 1.1.7, because physfs-project is still corrupted. 

3. 1.1.7 needs libsigc++. I downloaded it, but I can't compile it.

I tried to compile libsigc++ with Cygwin, but it didn't really work.

Can you give me some hints plz on how to get it to work, because 
I need it badly.. some binaries (dll+lib+.h) would be perfect.
