[paragui-users] libsig++ under dev-c++

I'm tyring to get paragui 1.1.7 up and going on my Dev-C++ setup but I'm 
haveing trouble getting the libsigc++ library installed.  I couldn't 
find a win32 binary package and the libsigc++ make fails under my cygwin 
setup.

Anyone else currently using 1.1.7 under Dev-C++ and perhaps can send me 
a win32 binary?
