the easiest way is to download cygwin and compile paragui in this environment!
be careful that each compilation uses the -mno-cygwin switch (otherwise your
program would need the cygwin.dll additionaly)
it took me 3 days to get this working correctly, because there were some
issues I had no clue about, but I didn't give up so finally it started
working!
