well i'll be happy to send patches...but my time is elsewhere at the
moment....gotta get this timer stuff worked out for animations first. i also
didn't mention anything on this mailing list about smpeg as i didn't realize
anyone here was doing anything with it. and my message i sent to the smpeg
msg board got deleted when i mention i was using a mac.....
