Hi Felix and who may have same concert about this problem.

The problem solved. using V5.2 default airframe configuration of
Microjet_LisaM tested, all spike disappear and z value quit precision. in
airframe, the PERIODIC, AHRS_PROPAGATE, AHRS_CORRECT frequency can not be
120, 100, 100.
have to be as default value or set all to 512 in airframe XML.

As Pranay thought, sensor outputting raw data a very high frequency, they
don't do any internal filtering. so the AP firmware need to run at high
frequency to deal with filtering.
