Thank you all. 

First of all, we use the F105 because it was the same on the lisa 2, maybe
we can change it in next iteration. 

For the moment, with multiples difficulties, we managed to upload the
bootloader (luftboot.hex) in the flash via jtag via our ftdi board. But,
just to understand, the bootloader is not supposed to be in the ROM, not the
flash ? 

Also, now it's seems we can upload the ap.hex program via jtag, but we
cannot communicate with it via USB or program it via USB and no trace of the
stm in dmesg. Any idea ?
