Hi Gautier,

just in case this is still relevant for debugging, I was now able to 
reproduce the old error for extra_dl and meteo_france_DAQ, which is 
already solved with the recent version v5.1.0_testing-2-ge57b228:

the old version v5.1_devel-901-g6b38166-dirty produced the following 
error when trying to build the "sim" target with apogee.xml:
