If you are using the paparazzi center to start the programs, you can edit directly the command line (the "running agents" part on this picture:  http://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/File:Paparazzi_center.png) and then press "Redo" (or "Stop" and then "Redo" if the program is running).

Add the option: -ac <you_AC_name>
and restart the agent.
It is the aircraft name and not the aircraft ID.
