Evan, what Ubuntu version are you using? As I said your ivy-ocaml package is too old, you need a recent version (1.2-3)

The ppa contains the needed package for Ubuntu versions that are still supported.

Can you please post the output of:

lsb_release -a

dpkg --status ivy-ocaml

apt-cache policy ivy-ocaml

If you are using a supported Ubuntu version and followed http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Installation/Linux then just run the normal ubuntu software updates and you will get it automatically.
