No idea what's going on there... Hopefully Gautier can get some more information from the ENAC admins about what's going on.

Are you sure you still get this error page from enac? You could try changing your DNS server if this problem continues for you. E.g. use the public DNS from google at 8.8.8.8

Otherwise I can only suggest to use the google cache version of paparazzi.enac.fr in the meantime or take a look at the test wiki mirror at http://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/Main_Page (but not 100% up-to-date with the main wiki).
