The master branch from the repository compiles without problem, but 4.2 branch from the repository and also my local branch based on an older master fail to compile logalizer plotprofile (linker error on libpcre). Looks like something wrong in the makefiles but I'm not sure. I will merge the last master onto my local branch, I think it will fix it, but still 4.2 fails.
I'm testing this on ubuntu 13.04 amd64, I had no problems on ubuntu 12.04 before.
this is the compile error:
gcc -g -O2 -Wall `pkg-config glib-2.0 --cflags` -o plotprofile plotprofile.c `pkg-config glib-2.0 --libs` -lglibivy

Regarding the toolchain, I am using both 4.2 and master branch, so should I use both arm-multilib and gcc-arm-embedded, or just one of them?

As a sidenote:If you are using the master branch and don't need v4.2 anymore, I would recommend to install the gcc-arm-embedded toolchain.paparazzi-arm-multilib is only needed for the old stable branches.

It couldn't install libcloog-ppl0, the available packages for this libs were libcloog-ppl1 and libcloog-ppl-dev. Looks like libcloog-ppl0 is not in the ubuntu 13.04 package sources, but I found it on launchpad.net and installed it manually (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/amd64/libcloog-ppl0). I hope this helps to new installations on ubuntu 13.04, or to update the PPA.
