it is some abandoned code that should have allowed to present Paparazzi 
info to the RC safety pilot (voltage, altitude, ...), let him change 
things like switching blocks through the telemetry link and control the 
aircraft through a standard RC link or the telemetry link.

As XBee stays on the same frequency the idea was to use the Laird modems 
that do frequency hopping.
