I really don't understand how calling actuators_mkk_init would help.... it only sets a debug counter to zero.
Also it currently works fine here without any ACTUATORS_START_DELAY

Anyway, explicitly calling actuators_mkk_init helps me in this case, there no need now in an startup delay.
I suspect it also can prevent some other problems with the i2c motor control.
If someone has an mkk with STM32 setup, could try if this fix works as well.
