Hi,
i have also checked  the accelerations sensors signals.
I found no significant  temperature influence  for  the ADX335  (<0.1m/s² for  a delta of 20°C) .
What is the maximum rate bias for which the AHS work?
The DCM is very sensitive  to this value. A value over 0.3°/s  is to much.

Are you sure that the problem with the attitude error caused from rate sensor?

I really suspect that most of the paparazzi ahrs subsystems can deal with rate bias properly.

Imho, what might be here is the accelerometer temperature bias, which leads to the wrong resulting attitude estimation.
