hi all,
i got a olimex im233-OLinuXino for about 24 Euro.
This  Linux System has a FBAS  video output and a usb host interface and 
UART interface.
I think it is easy to read the stream of the downlink and to display  
variables to the FBAS interface.
Since there is a USB host  one UART Channel can by used for  Spectrum 
interface to the LPC2148.
