I set the baudrate on the airframe file to 9600 (so the tiny would send at 
9600) and then started the session Flight address@hidden (to set the CGS to 
9600). Thought that would be enaugh.

I am not using xbee's yet, I am only connecting the autopilot with the computer 
throug USB-serial cable.

Hi,

The baudrate you set on the ground needs to match the baudrate you set in your 
airframe file. So if you start it on the ground with 9600, you have to 
configure it to 9600 on the autopilot as well.
Also your ground xbee already needs to be plugged in when you start the link 
(or you have to (re)start the link once you plugged it in)
