[Paparazzi-devel] How to increase elevator use in throttle mode?

Hi.
I have noticed is that the autopilot increases throttle too much when it 
could moderately
increase throttle and use the elevator for climbing or holding altitude.
How can i increase the use of the elevator when in the "throttle" mode?
I am leaning in increasing  the below gain:

Is this correct?
