Welcome to the list!
For uploading the bootloader to the Umarin, you have to bridge
SDA1/Boot to GND on the I2C1 connector and to connect an USB to UART
cable to UART0. Then you have to power ist up and run "make upload_bl
PROC=GENERIC" in your Paparazzi root directory.
