Hi,

I never had any problems with the ublox4 and 5 on the ppz gps board,
but I don't have a ublox6 yet...
You can also use the ucenter module to configure the gps on startup of
the autopilot:  http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Module/GPS_UBlox_UCenter
