Hi.I am starting a new project in order to construct an OSD that will run the main code from the autopilot's cpu and interface a Maxim OSD chip which uses SPI for communication. This way i imagine (yeah right...) that someone could select which messages to show and where on the screen. Later the code and chip can be merged in to a future autopilot version.
Is it a good or bad idea?It would be nice to know your opinion(s) before i start coding and assembling the OSD.
Chris
