thanks for the clarification - thats what i had in mind 

and for your 32h day  - thats easy i will explain it as my former boss did it

a regular day has 24 hours and if that is not enough you have to spend the 
night (12h) in addition.
so in total you should have 36h  

if you are sleeping 4h there are still 32h left...

ok just kidding - i know that s hard to find time to spend on a "hobby"
so a big hug for all the guys finding some time and spending it for the rest of 
us!
