I have T7CP model and my 3 position switch is  switch E (on the upper left corner). But it is very similar, so I will try it.

Roman, if its a futaba 7c then you need to edit the radio model settings in the radio. Go to the basic menu, the parameter submenu, select ch5-sw and set it to G which is the 3 pos. Switch on the upper right corner of ur radio. Checkout page 30 of the futaba 7c manual for more details.
