You are diving in to deep waters.Experiment first with standard equipment (1w at 1,2 or 2.4 ghz video tx + 19db yagi) in order to achieve at least 30km range and then you will understand that you need an airborne antenna tracking system that makes the airborne 10db+ yagi look always to the home position, an antenna tracking system at the ground station that always track the aircraft and a high power 5w+ video tx which will cause a lot of interference problems forcing you to use 4m+ span aircraft for this. The other way is the cellular or satellite video transmission method which need a lot of $$
