Hi. It turned up that i had to recompile the whole paparazzi code. I am using two laptops and i used to transfer the whole paparazzi code from one laptop to the other one of which use Ubuntu 10.04LTS and the other 10.10 (yes i know it was not a good idea)
Although i got away with it for so long i just found that you really need to recompile everything in each machine. Chris
