Hi Kurtis
The Pollin
USB-R1 requires no additional software drivers, as decribed in the very much outdated wiki page, since the
release of Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx).
I works out of the box now.
The Easycap
DC60+ (with empia chip) works well and is a lot cheaper but, not as compact
as the Pollin unit.

Stephen

Hello everyone,
I would like to try to implement the live video feed feature as
part of the GCS screen, and would like to know what video capture devices are
currently being used succesfully.
The wiki recommends the AVerMedia DVD EZMaker USB Gold: http://www.avermedia.com/avertv/product/productdetail.aspx?id=188&tab=APDriver
I suspect this hasn't been updated in a while, so I was wondering if there
are any other frame grabbers or video capture devices that are
recommended.
Thanks!
