Martin was a bit faster than me. The things that Martin wrote are exactly the point. As Martin alread said, its exactly the the same for the Tiny V2.

for the TWOG (and the similar Tiny) that is R12, R13, R14 and R15. They divide the voltage that is input to the connector (IN_ADC_5 / _6) into a smaller voltage that is given to the processor (ADC_5 / _6). To eliminate them remove R14 and R15 and short R12 and R13.
