This is normal since you have selected a continuous rotation servo and
not a proportional servo.
This kind of servo has a potentiometer where you adjust the center pulse
width (PW)
that makes the servo stop.
Any lower or higher PW (from the center PW you have set with the pot)
will make the servo
continuously turn to the left or right respectively.
The magnitude of the pulse width controls the speed at which the servo
turns not the angle
since it is not a proportional servo.
