-10 servos, 2 I2C's and extra IO seems possible. 
-I think the the temperature and humidity are best on a separate board (no humidity on the autopilot please and the DC-DC converter temperature does not tell a lot about the air.)
-I'm still considering pressure sensors but the idea was to stay as close as possible to the popular TWOG. Maybe I could put these on the end of the PCB that can be cut off if not needed?
-What about 10 $$ extra for a 4-layer design with improved EMC/IMU robustness 
-At first quite some time ago the yapa was made to use with an XSens MtiG. It turned out that thermopiles and TLL GPS can be connected too. But, concerning power supply, what kind of GPS/IMU/Thermopile/Modem do you think about?

It looks like the I2C0 bus gets overloaded very easily.
I may be wrong and I2C1 cannot be used as i see that the "BOOT" signal uses a pin of I2C1
but if it is possible then maybe it can be done.
