Hi,
Here are some things to check/note:
- Make sure the USB cable is plugged into both TWOG and PC before you apply power to the TWOG. The LED should not be flashing.
- Try a different USB cable. Not every one that looks good is good. I have one or two that work for the device they come with but nothing else.
- Seeing it will appear as a standard USB device see if any OS (Windows, OSX or Linux) will recognize it.
- I am using OSX with the free VirtualBox without problems though I do need to mount the device which appears in the devices/USB menu.
