smzUAV.xml is probably your airframe file. It should to be in conf/airframes. Also, make sure that the path is correct in the paparazzi center or directly in the file conf/conf.xml

What is your datalink setup ? (Xbee, FTDI cable,...)

Not familiar enough (yet?) to be able to help you with the networking
stuff, but your log starts with a "Fatal error" because paparazzi doesn't
find file "conf/smzUAV.xml".

Please, do fix that first, then come back to the list!
