Please tell me if I have worked out the issue.

What I did was:

1. Copy Basic flight plan
2. Change some waypoint names in the basic flight plan
3. Try to compile

It seems that the change in waypoint names is what is creating the problem. The 
blocks are looking for specific waypoint names and they are not there so it 
wont compile.

Is this correct?
