Jesus,

The TX of the Tiny should connect to the RX of the FTDI, try reversing the TX and RX pins.

Hello:
  I´ve tried with the 3,3volts FTDI, and now the tx led (red one) is  on (shinning), but the rx not... I don´t know what happen...
