Hello all,

We've been working on putting together a BOOZ prototype as part of a university project and I was hoping to get your input on a problem we are currently trying to debug. We got the Booz PCB boards and installed all the necessary components as of a couple days ago. Everything looked like its in working order and we were able to successfully compile the USB bootloader and transfer it to the microcontroller from a linux box running Ubuntu.

At this point we are simply trying to upload the led test program, but we cant get that far because for some reason when we connect to the USB connector on the board the PC does not detect the board. We have verified the connections and everything seems to be in order. Another question that comes to mind is the USB Select PIN is, as I understand active low, but it remains at 3.3 V even after we connect the usb cable.

Any recommendations as to the best way to figure this out would be appreciated. So far we double checked that the pins connecting to the booz board (power and ground) are working properly, that 3.3 V is being sent to the USB VBus pin and the USB Select pin is always at 3.3 V

Thank you for your help,

Sincerely
Mohammed
