Hello,

I was already member of the plugdev group.

now I tried to add the permission by:

sudo cp $PAPARAZZI_HOME/conf/system/udev/rules/10-paparazzi.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/

but ubuntu says:

cp: missing destination file operand after '/conf/sytem/...............<and so on>

Wich CD: the one where I burned the ISO-Data for Paparazzi?

The next thing is that there is no <system>-Folder in the paparazzi-folder of my laptop (or is the system-folder only on this CD?)

What should I do next?

thx equus

Hello,

I'd just suggest that you read the wiki ;-)

…and add the permission as mentionned here: http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Installation chapter "setting access right for USB"

For the 2nd point : did you compile with "target=sim" before you ran the gcs ?

Good luck

Cédric

Hi there,

I tried to get the Paparazzi Center to upload sth to the Tiny (1.0).
The centers answer is just:
  USB error: Operation not permitted

What have I to do?

another thing is, that the Simulation-window doesn't show anything except a black area on the top, a grey one on the bottom and 4 blue arrows in the upper left corner. Is there sth wrong with my paparazzi center or is it normal, that this window doesn't show anything before the tiny is correctly connected?

equus
