[Paparazzi-devel] TWOG - no answer on '?'

when I try to upload the usb bootloader onto the TWOG board, it is giving me this message.
Even when I tried to upload the code using the ISP flash mode, it is giving 'no answer on '?' ' message. Is the board working fine? What can be the probable problem. This is a new TWOG board which I got from PPZUAV. I have checked the 3.3 and 5 V rail. The voltages are fine on them.
