[Paparazzi-devel] Range Limit due to RF Link, some suggestions

I am trying to use paparazzi for surveillance of a large area which is more than the RF link range. As per the current implementation, the control signals are transmitted through the RF link and the range is limited by that. But, if the signals are tapped from the transmitter on the ground and transmitted using some high power modem, the range will increase. But then it will require a software code to be written for feeding the PWM signals, which are received from ground by the on-board modem,  directly to the servos.

Is someone working on this kind of implementation?
