FWIW: I had a Tin1.3 just like that. In fact without grounding the P0.14
it would accept the tunnel upload command every time. As it P0.14 was
grounded all the time. I had bought the PCB from that RCTECHNIX site.
Maybe there is a short in the PCB somewhere? DUnno just under xray the
thing appeared just fine (someone at work had it checked out with an
xray looking for an issue and found none).

If you find the answer maybe I will pull the board out of storage and
see if it has the same issue.
