Unless you changed the configuration in your aircraft file, the datalink messages are sent on Uart1 and the download header in on Uart0.

Could you confirm which connnector you are using on the tiny? and what's in your aircraft configuration?

OK, I edited it again and it reads:

/home/dcenterprises/paparazzi/paparazzi3/sw/ground_segment/tmtc/link -d /dev/ttyUSB0 -transport xbee -s 9600

Still nothing on the GCS. Should I reflash the AP after changing all this?

Did you remove the "-transport xbee" ? You should not ...
