[Paparazzi-devel] Compiling problem

Exception: Xml.File_not_found "./paparazzi3/conf/conf.xml".
I get this error when try to build in pprz. I have a conf.xml in the right spot.  I am using ubuntu 7.10, does anyone know whats going on?
