[Paparazzi-devel] Autopilot upload

Hey Guys
 
While trying to upload 'make upload_bl' onto our autopilot, the response we got was "no answer on'?' make: *** [upload_bl] Error 4"
 
We connected the serial link to Hyperterminal to test whether the computer is transmitting information through the USB to Serial cable.  We noticed that the computer was sending because we got different data on the screen of the hyperterminal depending on the baud rate.
 
So what could be wrong, or what step do you guys advice so that we can upload bootloader onto our autopilot.
