[Paparazzi-devel] CD4015 problem?

I've checked "ACTUATORS" and "COMMANDS", the output changed according to my
RC controller, that means RC reciever working normally, LPC2148 works, but
channel 0-3 no output.  
After checked LPC2148 signal output of pin 29, 32, 36, found that the
valtage is 2V, no pulse signal output ,The voltage of CD4015 pin 1, 9 is 0,
voltage of pin 14, 6, 7 is 2V, no pulse signal output .Is that CD4015
problem or misconfiguration of software influnced the output of LPC2148?  
I don't understand the meaning of coff1, coff2 according to the website
material. Where can I read the neutrals of each axis? from the output .dat
file or somewhere else. The output .dat file has several fileds, which value
is the neutrals ? for example, here is a line from the output .dat file
"1168.431 145 IR_SENSORS 98 11 71", which value is the neutral point, 98?
11? 71? 
Do you mean if we have a Z ir_senser, the system will calibrat itself?
