Updated to the newest version of libopencm3 to get cleaner exception handling.
Now fixedwing firmware is not crashing any more on lisa/m 2.0. Works for
me! (TM)

* a lot of conf stuff cleaned up
* moved all example airframes to conf/examples
* subsystem makefiles now in conf/firmwares/subsystems instead of
conf/autopilot/subsystems
* serious cleanup for settings files

* LED numbering from 1-5 for Lisa/M 2.0
