  Updated to the newest version of libopencm3 to get cleaner exception handling.

Now fixedwing firmware is not crashing any more on lisa/m 2.0. Works for
me! (TM)

  Changed elf size reporting to base 16 so it is easier to see if the text 
section is relocated in the right place depending on the usage of luftboot or 
not.
