Started adding ports for all the packages that SAT builds.
Only newlib is working correctly so far but will get the rest working tomorrow.

making ports work how they should. only binutils and gcc-linaro-boot are 
correct so far.
But you can do newlib if you do a -f install arm-none-eabi-newlib
arm-none-eabi-gcc-linaro depends on all of the above but I haven't tried this 
yet as it depends on newlib. it might work.
