I don't mean to drag this out but - -

I use opera and kazehakase and both work full screen.
For wireless i use wifi-wiz and rutilt.
but i find that its Antix-Mepis makes wireless  easy - works-out-of-the-box for me.
i don't have internet and is the only way i can install an OS with - at coffee shops.
plus its an Debian-based.
some have installed lxde on theirs.

 again thanks,
 harii

I also was a happy Oroborus user for many years.  I really liked its
behaviour, and I didn't use any DE for a long, long time.  However, the
lack of full screen support for Firefox (see
http://www.mail-archive.com/address@hidden/msg00013.html) and
the increased complexity of contemporary desktops (wireless, sound,
printers, etc.) made me look for alternatives.

After reconsidering and abandoning again Gnome, KDE and XFCE, I stood a
while with Fluxbox, but now I'm a happy LXDE user (using the default
Openbox WM, always with Debian), at home and at work.  My wife and kids
seem to like it also.  I'm still using keylaunch for xterm, though.

Hope it helps,

Ferran
